Professional Summary
I am an NIH-funded investigator and research scientist at the Waisman Center of the University of Wisconsin–Madison. I am Principal Investigator of the NIH study RF1 AG094739: “Establishing an Alzheimer’s disease biomarker clock in Down syndrome using positron emission tomography and plasma analytes.” I serve as the PET imaging team lead for the Alzheimer’s Clinical Trials Consortium – Down syndrome and as a radiochemist responsible to produce PET radioligands used in human research studies at UW–Madison. My research focuses on using PET to characterize the progression of Alzheimer’s disease biomarkers in the Down syndrome population.
